17 kg in one year. Chronic fatigue. Anxiety. A burnout I'd seen coming without
being able to stop it — because I thought the answer was to keep holding on.
I saw nutritionists, did diets, consulted doctors.
Nothing worked. Or rather: nothing held.

So I started investigating my own body.
I dug, I searched, I analyzed — my microbiome,
my neurotransmitters, my deficiencies. That's when I understood.
My gut was inflamed. My bacteria depleted. My brain chemistry dysregulated by
years of chronic stress.
