Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of support services, digital content, and services offered under the ÉTINCELLE TA VIE brand.

Any order implies full and complete acceptance of the Terms of Sale.

The services offered fall within:

• lifestyle support
• stress management
• personal organization
• relationship to body and food
• well-being hypnotherapy (non-therapeutic in the medical sense)

⚠️ They do not under any circumstances replace medical follow-up and are not intended to treat any pathology.

The order is validated:

• either following a diagnostic appointment,
• or via online payment.

Any order is firm and final.

Prices are indicated in euros, VAT included.

Payments may be made in one or several installments according to the terms specified at the time of sale.

An installment payment constitutes a firm commitment for the full amount.

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the client has a 14-day period to withdraw, except:

• if the execution of the service has begun with their express agreement,
• if personalized digital content has been provided,
• if individualized tests, analyses, or results consultations have been carried out.

In these cases, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.

Access to platforms, content, and private spaces is limited to the duration of the support program.

At the end of the contract or in case of termination, access is automatically closed.

The client has no right to backup, copy, or retain the content.

All content provided as part of the support remains the exclusive property of Peggy GIRAULT.

The client only has a personal, non-transferable, and temporary right of use.

Any reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

In the event of a breakdown in the relationship of trust, an essential element of the intuitu personae contract, the provider reserves the right to terminate the support program.

Services already rendered shall not be reimbursed.

The provider is bound by an obligation of means, never of result.

Results depend on the personal involvement of the client.

An attempt at amicable resolution is always preferred.

In accordance with Articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, the consumer client may make free use of a mediator after a prior written request.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
