If I'm not satisfied, can I get a refund? +

The nature of the product (consumed biological analysis + delivered human consultation) doesn't allow for an automatic "satisfied or refunded" policy.

However:

If you're not aligned with the proposed strategy after the consultation, we discuss it. No obligation to implement it.
If the analysis couldn't be completed (lost kit, unusable sample), a new kit is sent at no extra charge — it's a new kit, not a refund.
If a particular situation arises (illness, major event), we adjust case by case — it might be a postponement or new kit, not a refund.
Full refund possible if the kit hasn't been used, within 14 days of receipt, kit returned intact.

Can I gift this analysis to someone else? +

Yes. It's become a very requested gift (birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas, after a hard time for a friend).

At checkout, simply indicate in the "comments" field the first name and contact (phone or email) of the person the analysis is intended for. We'll send them a warm introduction so they're not surprised to receive a sample collection kit.

How long between payment and kit reception? +

Here's the exact logistics chain:

Day 0: You confirm your Stripe payment.
Day 1 (next business day): Peggy orders your kit from the laboratory.
Days 2-5: Laetitia prepares and ships your kit via tracked mail.
Days 5-7: You receive your kit at home. You receive your tracking number by email as soon as the kit ships.

Count 5 to 7 business days between payment confirmation and kit reception.

Note: during school holidays or peak demand periods, this timeframe can extend to 10 business days.

I've already done a microbiome analysis elsewhere. Is this one worth it? +

It depends on the previous analysis.

If you did:

A consumer-grade kit without support (the kind sold in pharmacies or online) → Our analysis at a French laboratory specialized in human microbiomics goes much further (significantly more complete) AND you have a human consultation.
A specialized lab analysis without support → You can send us your old report. We'll tell you honestly whether a new analysis is worth it, or if we can work directly from your existing assessment (free diagnostic call).
A specialized analysis under medical prescription (gastroenterologist) → Our approach complements but doesn't replace medical follow-up. Let's discuss it during a diagnostic call.

In short: before you pay, we can clarify together whether a new analysis is relevant or not.

What if Peggy thinks I should take the Spark Program instead? +

Good question. This sometimes happens after the results consultation.

If Peggy identifies that your case requires deeper work (entrenched emotional eating, strong sugar dependency, very degraded biological terrain), she'll tell you clearly: "This analysis alone won't be enough. I recommend you switch to the Spark Program."

In that case:

The cost of the Premium Microbiome Analysis (€350) is DEDUCTED from the Spark Program price.
No financial loss for you: what you've already paid goes into the program.
The decision remains yours. If you'd rather not continue, you keep your written nutritional strategy and apply it at your pace.
